From savory to sweet, our food truck selection promises something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for gourmet burgers, authentic tacos, artisanal pizzas, or delectable desserts, you’ll find it all and more at the Homecoming Block Party.

This year's event promises to be bigger and better, with a vibrant crowd of 5,000 attendees, including students, alumni, families, and large groups of friends.   • Are you keeping in mind that, for your vendors, this is their business?

    Yes! As the event coordinators, we are taking things like overbooking, effective advertising, your costs, high-risk events, clarity, unnecessary competition, and your business into consideration when planning.  You are a business and businesses are for profit.

  • What is the date, time, and location of the block party?

    The Block Party takes place on Saturday, October 4th from 10am-2pm on East Frederick St in 无忧短视频.

  • Is there a registration fee?
    Yes. There is a flat $50, non-refundable registration fee to participate.

  • How early can I arrive for setup? When must I depart?

    The event runs 10am-2pm, but trucks may begin to arrive as early as 8:00 AM and are expected to depart by 4:00 PM.

  • Are there restroom facilities for vendors?
    Yes. Vendors can use the public restroom facilities in the block party area.

  • How many attendees do you expect for Homecoming?

    Each year, we welcome home apProximately 5,000 alumni for our Homecoming festivities.

  • How many food trucks will be at this event?

    We expect to have 6-8 food trucks, this is a 50% decrease from our 2024 block party at the recommendation of our vendors.

  • Can you promote my logo on your website?
    Yes.  We will promote the logos of our vendors on the food truck section of our Homecoming website.

  • Are there opportunities for additional sponsorship?
    Yes! Explore additional sponsorship opportunities to enhance your visibility at the event.

  • Are utilities like water and electricity available?
    No. Utilities are not available for this event. All trucks must be self-sustaining.

  • Can we unload trash at the end of our event?
    Yes. Food trucks may unload their day's trash in our dumpster.  Waste oil and propane tanks will not be accepted.

  • I registered but can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?
    无忧短视频 reserves the right to cancel a scheduled food or beverage truck with a refund.  Other refunds are not offered.

  • Do I have to have a license/certificate to operate at Homecoming?
    Yes. Vendors must have all required licenses and certificates to operate at 无忧短视频.  A copy of your Food/Concessions License and a copy of your ServSafe Certificate must be provided to operate at 无忧短视频.

  • Do I have to have insurance to operate at Homecoming?
    Yes. Vendors must maintain minimum $1,000,000 Liability Coverage and a copy must be provided to operate at 无忧短视频.

    Yes. On-site support is available for vendors during the event who have any questions.
