How To Submit an Allocation Request
We are updating all processes related to the Graduate Assistantship Program and are beginning the process by collecting information from program coordinators, departments and offices who are interested in hiring one or more Graduate Assistants for the Fall 2025 / Spring 2026 terms.

University-funded Graduate Assistant allocations are currently being determined and will be announced in February (pending approval). To be considered for a university-funded GA position, you must submit this information no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
At this point, we are collecting information on all GA position requests, including those that will be funded by department operating budgets, grants, auxiliary funds, etc. through this new process. We will update everyone regularly on the status of requests.
