The Villages
GENERAL INFORMATION
Opened within the last seven (7) years, The Villages offer a suite-style living experience with various amenities. The Villages are comprised of East Village, South Village, and West Village. Double, single or a limited number of private suites are available regardless of the building you are assigned too. Your group will be able to experience firsthand life in a college residence hall! Room photos are provided below.
Each building features self-service laundry and gamerooms. On various floors, a common area kitchen and lounge areas are open for use without reservation.

EACH ROOM IN THE VILLAGES HAS:
- Air conditioning (climate control 70-74 degrees)
- Bed (twin size)
- Closet (open; no doors, no hangers)
- Desk with chair
- Dresser (set with 2 drawers)
- Overhead lighting
- Shower curtain
- Toilet paper
- Trash bag & trash can
- Window blinds
These amenities are NOT available in your room: bathroom rugs, bible, hair dryer, hangers, ice/ice machine, iron/ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, safe, toiletries, trash service.Bathrooms include sink, vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. ADA accessible showers are available upon request/notification.Self-service laundry is available. Machines are coin-operated and open for use 24/7.
Housing staff are on-call throughout the duration of your stay.

Rooms Closet Size Bed Room Size Single Suite 4'x2' 16'x9'7" Double Suite 4'x2' 17'8"x11'9" Sizes of the rooms may vary depending on the location of the room within the residence hall. Standard bed frame size is 36" x 80" (referred to as college length, long or sometimes extra-long). Beds can be raised up to 32".
