Fall 2025 Classes Begin

Late registration online drop/add period begins online
MON SEP 1 HOLIDAY NO CLASSES and University Offices are CLOSED.
TUE SEP 2 Last day to drop or add a course online (by 11:59pm)
TUE SEP 2 Last day to submit a request to take a course on a pass/fail or audit basis (requests must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm) 
WED SEP 3

W grade period begins. 

If course starts or ends outside of the regular Fall 2025 term (8/25-12/13), the withdrawal deadline will differ.  Please view the drop/add and withdraw page for more information.

Application deadline for degree candidates for Fall 2025 and Winter 2025/26 (The respective online graduation application must be approved by all parties and in the Registrar's Office queue to meet the deadline.)

MON SEP 29

Deadline to submit an (major/minor add/drop) in time for Spring 2026 advisement and registration.

Any changes in major or minor submitted to the Registrar's office after this date will be processed effective the following term and we cannot guarantee processing in time for spring registration appointments.

Registration for Winter 2025/26 begins at noon

MON OCT 13 Holds Placed for Spring 2025 registration (available to academic advisors to remove)

FRI OCT 31 Deadline for making up a Summer & Spring 2025 incomplete grade for an undergraduate course
FRI OCT 31 Last day to withdraw from a course and receive a W grade ( must be submitted online by 11:59 pm)
TUE NOV 4 Graduate degree-seeking registration for Spring 2026 term
WED NOV 5 Graduate non-degree seeking registration for Spring 2026 term
THU - FRI
NOV  06-14		 Spring 2026 undergraduate registration. See Registration Guide and Appointment Schedule on the Registration Information page for details. 
TUE NOV 25 Thanksgiving recess begins after last class
MON DEC 1 Thanksgiving recess ends at 7am
THU DEC 4* Summer class schedules are available to view on web
MON DEC 8 Last day to change a pass/fail grade to a regular grade
MON DEC 8 Last day for graduate students to make up a Spring or Summer 2025 incomplete grade for a graduate course
MON DEC 8 Deadline for submitting graduate theses and grades for research reports to Graduate Studies & Adult Learning
TUE - FRI
DEC 9-12		 Evaluation period -- Special class schedule
Classes will meet during this period for regular instruction or for examinations
SAT DEC 13 Fall Commencement; end of fall term.

WED DEC 17 Deadline (11:59 PM) for faculty to submit final grades for Fall 2025
FRI DEC 19 Fall 2025 grades are available to students via MAX after 4:30pm
Degree Audit (GPA/repeats) will be updated per fall grades.
NOTE:

Academic dismissal notices will be sent to students' millersville.edu email and home address on or before JAN 2
